یادگیری بر پايه حل مساءله يا سخنراني: تجربه يك شيوه جديد آموزش «پرستاري كودكان» به دانشجويان پرستاري

Abstract
چکیده: زمينه و هدف: بر اساس شواهد موجود، آموزش بر پايه حل مسأله (Problem Based Learning=PBL) یکی از موفق ترین متدها در رسیدن به اهداف آموزش عالی می باشد. اما متأسفانه اين روش به دليل صرف وقت زياد و تعداد زياد دانشجويان كلاس در تدريس درس تخصصي پرستاري مورد استقبال قرار نگرفته است. در اين مطالعه با ايجاد تغييراتي در روش PBL استاندارد با هدف بالا بردن قابليت اجرا و ميزان تأثير آن در يادگيري دانشجويان در مقايسه با روش سخنراني (Lecture Based Learning=LBL) مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر، يك مطالعه نيمه تجربي دو گروهي و يك مرحله اي است كه طی آن دو گروه 30 نفري از دانشجويان پرستاري كه واحد پرستاري را اخذ نموده بودند، به طور تصادفي به گروههاي آزمون و كنترل تقسيم بندي شدند. پس از اطمينان از يكسان بودن رفتار ورودي دانشجويان، گروه آزمون تحت آموزش به روش PBL تعديل شده و گروه كنترل تحت آموزش به روش سخنراني قرار گرفتند. در پايان ترم امتحان مشابهي، محتوي سؤالات چهار گزينه اي از هر دو گروه به عمل آمد و نتايج با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آمار استنباطي و توصيفي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه ميانگين نمرات آزمون نهايي دانشجويان تحت آموزش به روش PBL 6/15/15 و در دانشجويان آموزش ديده به روش سخنراني 7/16/12بود (05/0p
