Youssef syndrome in a post caesarean patient

Abstract
Vesicouterine fistula is uncommon, occurring only in 1-4 % cases. Ninety percentage of cases are Youssef syndrome which include cyclic haematuria, menouria without urinary incontinence. We report a 25 year old female had youssef syndrome after third lower segment caesarean section.
