Abstract
Essentials Of Faith In The Poems Yunus Emre Yunus Emre is a great Turkish poet and philosopher who lived in the sec-ond half of XIII and the beginning of XIV century. During the time of depress and separation in Anatolia, he preached the morality and faith of Islam to the masses through his understanding of “love the creature for the sake of the Creator.” In his poems, he showed the methods for gaining eternal life in the world. Yunus Emre has hymns in the form of ghazal. His thoughts retain freshness through his eulogies, po-ems and hymns alongside the mysticism and folklore. This article examines the principles of faith in religious understanding of the great poet and philosopher Yunus Emre.
