Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the role of the National Land Agency as the implementer of land acquisition for the public interest and to know and analyze the obstacles of the implementation of the National Land Agency as the executor of land acquisition for the public interest. This research methode is normative, as research on legal principles and legal synchronization with the role of national land agency in land procurement for public interest.
