Zabawki-bestsellery ze spółdzielni zabawkarskich i zakładów państwowych w czasach PRL-u

Abstract
Bestselling Toys Produced in Labour Co-operatives and State-owned Enterprises of the Polish People’s Republic In Poland, soon after the end of World War II, toys were manufactured by private companies. After the nationalization of the industry, the production of dolls, teddy bears and vehicles was adopted by labour co-operatives. It was in these enterprises where, among other things, accordion toys, toy soldiers, blocks and toy cars described in the article were manufactured. These well-designed toys were eagerly purchased by parents of the Polish People’s Republic who wanted high-quality toys to give to their children. Today, they evoke feelings of nostalgia among children of the 1950s, 60s, 70s and 80s. The author has attempted to describe the specificity of toy production in these years.
