Abstract
The article is devoted to study guarantees for employees during the stage of the conclusion of labor contract. The prohibition of unreasonable refusal to conclude the labor contract as one of the general guarantee has been analyzed. It is determined what exactly is the prohibition of unreasonable refusal to conclude the labor contract, analyzed disadvantages of current legislation and formulates proposals how to improve the provisions of the existing labor legislation and the draft Labor Code of Ukraine.
