Загальна характеристика рівнів віктимологічної профілактики корисливо-насильницьких злочинів

Abstract
Scientific points of view concerning the definition of victimological prevention and its levels have been analyzed in the article. Depending on the objectives andtasks the author has provided characteristics of general and social, special and criminological, individual levels of victimological prevention of lucrative and violent crimes; has determined subjects, objects, priorities and measures of victimological prevention of lucrative and violent crimes at every level. В статье проанализированы научные взгляды на определение виктимологической профилактики и ее уровней. В зависимости от целей и задач, дана характеристика общесоциальному, специально-криминологическому и индивидуальному уровням виктимологической профилактики корыстно-насильственных преступлений, выделены субъекты, объекты, приоритетные направления и меры виктимологической профилактики корыстно-насильственных преступлений на каждом уровне.
