Abstract
Artykuł nie zawiera abstraktu w języku polskim There is significant disproportion between the number of M&As in Polish commercial banking' sector in 1989-2013 and such investments made abroad by banks operating in Poland. Due to the lack of experience of Polish banks in investment banking, they are not considered in the regional terms, what significantly makes expansion on foreign markets more difficult for commercial banks conducting activity in the Polish banking sector.
