Zagrożenia dla organizatorów publicznego transportu zbiorowego

Abstract
Z dniem 31 grudnia 2016 r. kończy się okres przejściowy dotyczący zasad przekazywania rekompensaty, w tym dopłat do ulgowych przejazdów w pozamiejskim transporcie autobusowym. Wypłata tych świadczeń będzie możliwa po spełnieniu warunków określonych w ustawie z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym. W artykule omówiono najważniejsze regulacje zawarte w tej ustawie i ich wpływ na rynek pozamiejskich przewozów autobusowych.
