Zaniedbanie dziecka w rodzinie migracyjnej – aspekty społeczno-prawne

Abstract
Zaniedbanie dziecka pod względem prawnym w rodzinach migracyjnych jest nagminnym problemem społecznym. Artykuł jest apelem, który autorka kieruje do migrujących rodziców w imieniu ich dzieci, pozostawionych często w kraju bez opieki prawnej. Wskazuje też na obowiązek nauczycieli, pedagogów oraz innych specjalistów o poinformowaniu rodziców wyjeżdżających do pracy za granicę o konsekwencjach związanych z niezapewnieniem opieki prawnej swoim dzieciom na czas ich nieobecności w domu oraz o tym, jak mogą się przed nimi zabezpieczyć. Warto podkreślić, że często rodzice nie są świadomi zagrożeń związanych z pozostawieniem dzieci bez opieki prawnej, zatem należy podjąć wszelkie starania, aby podnosić ich świadomość w tym zakresie.
