ZARZĄDZANIE INFORMACJAMI W ZINTEGROWANEJ REALIZACJI INWESTYCJI

Abstract
Artykuł porusza problemy współczesnego zarządzania przedsięwzięciem budowlanym. Pomimo wprowadzania nowoczesnych technologii i materiałów budowlanych oraz wykorzystywania oprogramowania wspierającego analizy inżynierskie oraz podejmowanie decyzji w budownictwie, wydajność pracy sukcesywnie spada. Autor artykułu opisuje nową ideę zintegrowanego zarządzania przedsięwzięciem budowlanym (Integrated Project Delivery) i porównuje ją z dotychczas stosowanymi w zarządzaniu przedsięwzięciem sposobami, takimi jak system tradycyjny Design-Bid-Build oraz system zaprojektuj i wybuduj – Design&Build. Pokazano również problemy związane z obiegiem informacji w trakcie prowadzenia przedsięwzięcia budowlanego i korzyści, jakie daje zastosowanie zintegrowanego zarządzania przedsięwzięciem budowlanym w połączeniu z technologią BIM (Building Information Modeling – modelowanie informacji o budynku). Opisano również popularny na świecie format wymiany danych między różnymi oprogramowaniami IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), który pozwala wymieniać in-formacje o wielu aspektach przedsięwzięcia budowlanego.
