Abstract
Niniejszy artykuł porusza problematykę nowelizacji k.p.a. w zakresie zasad ogólnych. Przedstawiono zakres modyfikacji, jakich dokonano w treści ustawy wraz ze wskazaniem, czy jest to wprowadzenie nowej instytucji prawnej, czy też uzupełnienie znanego już rozwiązania. I wreszcie wskazano także wpływ dokonanych zmian bądź jego brak na praktykę stosowania prawa.<br/><br/>
