Abstract
Streszczenie. W wyniku nowelizacji przepisów o transporcie kolejowym i o realizacji dróg publicznych wprowadzono wiele zasadniczych zmian w konstrukcji procesu inwestycyjnego. Przepisy określają zasady nabywania nieruchomości pod inwestycje. W założeniu zmiany te powinny przyspieszyć procesy modernizacji linii kolejowych i budowy dróg. Artykuł przedstawia różnice w zasadach przygotowania inwestycji drogowych i kolejowych.
