Abstract

This study is intended to solve the problem of procrastination in modern society, school students and college specialists. The definition and description of the concept were presented; the ways to solve it were reflected on Kazakhstan society, through surveys and the GAP analysis. The study used articles from foreign sources on the Internet, interviews and surveys.
