Abstract
Praca koncentruje się na możliwości wykorzystania elipsometrii spektroskopowej w aplikacjach czujnika biologicznego. Działanie elipsometru potęguje cechy TIRE (ang. Total Internal Reflection Ellipsometry). Głównym celem jest wykrywanie składników czy substancji chemicznychw roztworze wodnym przy niskich stężeniach poniżej 0,1 nmol / l.
