Autor stara się pokazać, iż fakt istnienia bardzo nowoczesnej technologii informatycznej wpływa na poziom oraz jakość szkolenia i kształcenia topograficznego. Twierdzi, że umiejętne i właściwe wykorzystanie tych narzędzi może znacznie podnieść poziom kształcenia topograficznego w Siłach Zbrojnych.
