Застосування судами України надімперативних норм при розгляді справ, що виникають із транскордонної недобросовісної конкуренції

Abstract
Висвітлено проблемні питання застосування надімперативних норм конкурентного законо- давства України при розгляді судами справ, ускладнених іноземним елементом. Проаналізовано підходи різних учених щодо визначення поняття надімперативної норми. Зроблено акценти на від- мінностях застосування надімперативних та імперативних норм конкурентного права України.
