Abstract

It should be remembered that work with the ablest students is fre-quently troublesome for teachers. The teachers role is to support students, find their talents and develop their skills. This paper introduces ways of developing pre-school children’s skills. School should meet the devel-opmental and educational needs of all children. The greatest impact on developing children’s talents and skills depends on their sense of se-curity and family support. Modern scientific and technological civiliza-tion brings new challenges. Our children will live in a totally different reality. It will be a world in which creative attitude, intellectual inquisi-tiveness, flexibility, search for solutions and open mindedness will have major significance. This is why work on development of innate skills and talents is so important to start at a young age.
