ЗЕМЛЕВПОРЯДНИЙ РЕГЛАМЕНТ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ПЛАНУВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ЗЕМЛЕКОРИСТУВАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
Обґрунтовано доцільність запровадження на практичному рівні землевпорядних регламентів через розроблення проектів землеустрою щодо зонування земель, що сприятиме у поєднанні з містобудівними регламентами досягненню екобезпечності в землекористуванні. Запропоновано методологічний підхід до формування правового режиму землекористування при зонуванні земель за їх категоріями. Наведено авторське визначення землевпорядного регламенту.
