ZigBee: The Emerging Technology in Building Automation
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2011, Vol 3, Issue 4
Abstract
With the development of industrial automation technology, the limitation of traditional cable control network has become increasingly prominent. Consequently, establishing a reliable data transmission network becomes a critical demand in industry. Increasingly, companies developing monitoring and control applications in industrial and commercial building environments are looking to wireless technologies like ZigBee to save the cost of wiring and installation and also to allow more flexible deployment of systems. Zigbee was developed to satisfy the market's need for a cost-effective, standardsbased wireless network that supports low data rates, low power consumption, security, and reliability. This paper illustrates that the ZigBee wireless technology can perform well in industrial environments in terms of performance and reliabilities.

Digital Logic Embedding Using Single Row
We present a technique to improve embedding capacity of Image using digital logic in this paper. We have applied digital logic operations on two equal halves of an image row to derive the hidden information. We have also...
Tree-kNN: A Tree-Based Algorithm for Protein Sequence Classification
The phylogenomic classification of protein sequences attempts to categorize a given protein within the evolutionary context of the entire family. It involves mainly four steps: selection of homologous sequences, multiple...
Analysis of AOMDV and OLSR Routing Protocols Under Levy-Walk Mobility Model and Gauss-Markov Mobility Model for Ad Hoc Networks
In this paper we have compared AOMDV and OLSR routing protocol using Levy-Walk Mobility Model and Gauss-Markov Mobility Model. OLSR is a proactive, table-driven, link state routing protocol while AOMDV is a reactive rout...
Cheapest Paths in Multi-Interface Networks A Distributed Approach
Let G = (V,E) be a graph which models a set of wireless devices (nodes V) that can communicate by means of multiple radio interfaces , according to activating the common interface rule at each node. Every Interface can b...
Computer Vision for Malaria Parasite Classification in Erythrocytes
In this is paper, we introduce a new approach to represent a mathematical modeling technique by means of linear programming as an efficient tool to solve problems related to medical imaging problems especially Malaria Di...
