Zingiber dimapurense (Zingiberaceae), a new species from Nagaland, India

Abstract
A new species of Zingiber section Cryptanthium Horaninow (Zingiberaceae), Z. dimapurense N. Odyuo, D.K. Roy & A.A. Mao, from Nagaland, Northeastern India is described and illustrated. Morphological diagnostic characters of closely related congeners are discussed.
