Život u kolonijalnom stilu

Abstract
Svrha osvajanja kolonija je različita. Robovlasnički rimski imperij imao je mnogo kolonija. S rađanjem kapitalizma nastaju mnoga ogromna kolonijalna carstva pojedinih europskih država. Nemilosrdna eksploatacija kolonija bila je faktor prvobitne akumulacije kapitala. Činjenica je da je bit kolonijalizma osvajanje tržišta i izazivanje različitih stupnjeva zavisnosti. Kao što su kroz povijest imperiji kolonizirali druge teritorije i u ropstvo bacale ljude druge boje kože ili vjere, tako i danas medijski imperij porobljava nove teritorije - ljudske umove, ali ovaj put ne obazirući se na boju kože ili vjersku pripadnost.
