Abstract
Pierwotna osteoartropatia przerostowa jest rzadkim schorzeniem manifestującym się pałeczkowatością palców, odczynami wytwórczymi okostnej oraz pogrubieniem skóry. W artykule opisano 18-letniego mężczyznę z ujemnym wywiadem rodzinnym, u którego rozpoznano osteoartropatię przerostową.
