Abstract
У статті доведено, що принцип цільового й ефективного використання коштів загальнообов’язкового державного медичного страхування полягає у тому, що використання страхових коштів здійснюється в чітко визначених випадках і спосіб і має на меті отримання максимально можливого результату при мінімальних витратах.
