Abstract

The article explores the significance and role of creative energy in human life. This topic becomes especially relevant in the current conditions, when it is almost impossible not to notice the rapid increase in the number of people suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. The outflow of positive energy is connected with deep-rooted pessimism and negative thinking in the mind and subconscious. At the same time, any thinking (negative or positive) is just a habit. Changing the habit, you can change your thinking. The techniques of suggestion (hypnosis) and self-hypnosis (self-hypnosis, auto-training) with the obligatory immersion of a person in trance of various depths will help change the habit. Stopping the flow of negative thinking is necessary: to strive to harmonize and improve the quality of all important social contacts, communication with wildlife, good deeds, selfless help to those in need, and useful activities aimed at the benefit of society.
