ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ТЕКУЩИХ ОБСЛЕДОВАНИЙ ПЛОВЦОВ В СИСТЕМЕ КОМПЛЕКСНОГО БИОХИМИЧЕСКОГО КОНТРОЛЯ

Abstract
The survey was conducted with 13 highly qualified swimmers of the Georgian National team. The test training consisted of a four-fold overcoming of a 200 m section with increasing speed. The training session was conducted in three microcycles of a competitive mesocycle. Blood samples were taken after the passage of the second, third and fourth segments. During the current biochemical examinations of standardized training sessions, several tasks were solved. The urgent training load effect (operational state) is estimated. The correction of the current condition of the athletes is substantiated, and a recommendation is given for the subsequent sessions. The level of special working capacity, that is, the cumulative effect of the previous training loads (permanent state), is estimated.
