Значення наукових ідей М.І. Пирогова для сучасної організації охорони здоров’я

Abstract
Эта статья о Николае Ивановиче Пирогове – хирурге и анатоме, выдающемся ученом и воспитателе, основателе полевой хирургии. Он первым изучил на практике военную хирургию и вопросы полевой медицинской администрации, он впервые использовал известную сортировку (раненые были распределены в соответствии с тяжестью повреждений). Н.И. Пирогов считал, что хорошо организованная сортировка на перевязочных пунктах и в передвижных военных госпиталях является главным оружием, чтобы обеспечить надлежащий уход и предупредить вредные последствия. Он организовывал обучение медицинских сестер для помощи раненым, опубликовал труд по проблемам педагогики, в котором предложил реформу образовательной системы. Автор статьи проанализировал труды Н.И. Пирогова и указал на их значение для современной социальной медицины организации здравоохранения.
