Znaczenie zachowań pracowniczych w rozwoju organizacji

Abstract
The development is the foundation of each organization’s market stability as well as the basic principle of each business entity. Development is a very complex process, because a lot of factors contribute to it. Nowadays it is already known that the primary source of organizational development is knowledge and organization’s ability to learn. It is indisputable that the organizational outcomes (results) are highly dependent on employees’ engagement in organizational development. It has been recognized that such employee behaviours as engagement, knowledge sharing, mutual aid, collaborative problem solving and collaboration determine organization’s development. Aforementioned behaviours are usually reflected in organization’s innovations, productivity, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. This article presents the results of research showing the relationship holding between positive employee behaviours and performance of the organization, reflecting its development.
