沥青基球状活性炭对若干酶类分子的吸附性能研究

Abstract
考察具有不同比表面积及不同孔结构的沥青基球状活性炭(PSAC)对溶液中有益分子-淀粉酶和胃蛋白酶的吸附行为，并对其孔结构的相关性进行关联。结果表明：PSAC对-淀粉酶及脂肪酶选择性差，对体内有益分子的吸附量比药用炭少的多。几乎全部是微孔结构的PSAC-D的吸附性能最优，对α-淀粉酶的吸附为零，对胃蛋白酶的吸附率略高，为25%；而药用炭对以上两种酶的吸附率均高于95%。因此，沥青基球形活性炭具有良好的吸附选择性。
