废旧阻燃电脑外壳的热解动力学

Abstract

通过对含有四溴双酚A阻燃剂(tetrabromobisphenol A, TBBPA)的废旧电脑外壳(红外分析鉴定为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂,acryolonitrilr butadiene styrene, ABS)进行热裂解试验和动力学研究,得到不同升温条件下(5 K•min-1, 10 K•min-1, 20 K•min-1和40 K•min-1)阻燃剂分解和塑料裂解的特征温度,以及TBBPA的阻燃机理。根据Arrhenius定律和Friedman方法分析研究对象的热解动力学,所得相关系数均在0.98以上,TBBPA分解和塑料裂解的活化能分别为96.3 kJ•mol-1和93.5 kJ•mol-1。该研究的结果为废旧阻燃ABS塑料的资源化、无害化利用提供可靠的理论参考。
