管状电加热器升温特性的数值计算

Abstract

在非结构化网格中,采用基元有限容积方法和全隐时间格式,数值模拟了一种管状电加热元件的热力特性。通过分析非稳态温度场的变化,研究了电绝缘材料不同填充率过程中的升温特性。从计算结果中得出绝缘材料压紧度增大时,其导热系数非线性地增大,使得电加热器温升特性非线性变化。这些结果同时与结构化网格中的结果进行比较,证明了结论的正确性和可靠性。
