分布式发电效益的量化分析

Abstract

由于传统能源未来不可避免地逐渐枯竭,各国对环境保护的重视及现有电力系统的一些弊端,使电力系统研究中形成了一个新热点——分布式发电。然而,由于缺乏有效的量化方法及工具,使得电力公司和广大用户缺乏对分布式发电效益的了解,从而在一定程度上制约了分布式发电的发展。对分布式发电所带来的效益进行了详细的总结和分类,提出了系统计算分布式发电效益的数学模型和计算方法,该方法同时考虑了分布式发电功率输出的波动性以及电网负荷的时变特性。以IEEE 34-节点系统为例,进行了详细的量化计算。仿真结果表明,一定比例的分布式发电接入配电网,将会给系统带来显著的效益。同时,量化结果可以让电力公司以及社会更清楚地了解分布式发电这种新型发电方式,从而鼓励分布式发电的广泛发展。
