转盘萃取塔放大效应及其原因的探讨

Abstract

本文采用按基本原理进行设计的方法,对三种不同直径(内径分别为0.05 m、0.29 m和2.4 m)的四种转盘塔的放大效应及其成因进行了探讨。计算结果表明,大型塔与小型塔相比,其特性速度、两相表观速度较高,液滴直径较大,分散传质单元高度较高,总传质系数较低,因而传质效率较低,表明转盘塔存在较为严重的放大效应。
