优秀游泳选手赛前训练机体生物化学与内分泌的变化

Abstract
目的：探讨赛前训练周期中，优秀游泳运动员的VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值变化的规律。方法：在12名优秀游泳运动员（男6名，女6名）为期三周的赛前训练期间，分别在赛前训练周期开始前、训练1周后、训练2周后、训练3周后测定VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值。VAT测定采用递增负荷方式，安排自由游200m×4负荷练习，4组负荷分别以个人85%、90%、95%和100%强度递增，组间间歇3分钟。结果：在赛前训练周期中，游泳运动员的VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值分别在不同时段发生了不同的变化，且男、女游泳运动员的VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值变化的时间与程度不同。结论：安排这种负荷方式的赛前训练周期，能对游泳运动员机体产生一定程度的刺激作用。通过调整训练，游泳运动员的机能水平得到恢复，预示在比赛期间运动员能够获得良好的机能状态。
