多棘海盘车的化学成分

Abstract

目的:研究多棘海盘车正丁醇萃取部位的化学成分。 方法:利用溶媒萃取和多种色谱法,对多棘海盘车的正丁醇萃取部位化学成分进行分离,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术鉴定化合物的化学结构,并测试了其中5个化合物的生物活性。 结果:分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为多羟基甾体皂苷amurensoside D(Ⅰ)、色氨酸(Ⅱ)和3个硫酸甾醇,包括3β-O-硫酸酯化-6α,23β-二羟基-胆甾-9(11)-23-羰基-硫酸盐(Ⅲ)、3β-O-硫酸酯化-6α-羟基-胆甾-9(11),20(22)-二双键-23-羰基-硫酸盐(Ⅳ)和3β-O-硫酸酯化-6α-羟基-麦角甾-9(11)-双键-23-羰基-硫酸盐(Ⅴ)。 结论:化合物Ⅱ是首次从多棘海盘车中得到,化合物Ⅲ和Ⅴ对稻瘟霉菌P-2b显示较强的药理活性。
