转向架称重调簧试验台设计及调簧计算

Abstract
本文针对上海A型地铁列车转向架的特点，进行了转向架称重调簧试验台及其测试系统的具体机械设计，测试系统的传感器和数据处理器的选配、单片机和计算机接口处理、控制系统设计，以及试验台液压系统设计，实现了轮重测试、内侧距测量、轴距测量、转向架一系刚度测量、车体模拟加载及加垫调簧功能。本文为试验台设计了自动调簧系统，建立了以轮重一致为目标的调簧计算模型，并编写了程序，可实现了各轮子一系弹簧的加垫量的自动计算。本文还进一步进行了试验台操作流程，控制、检测系统的界面设计，提供了试验结果的报告模板。
