Abstract
Changes in every area in the period in which we live, is also called era of information or communication, have changed the level and format of political communication as well. The Internet, which has gained ever-increasing importance in the last decade, has emerged as a new communication technology such as newspaper, magazines, television, as well as the traditional mass media. The spread of the Internet and quickly adapt to change by supporting the new technological possibilities has brought the concept of second-generation Internet services. This new generation of so-called Web 2.0 Internet service is assumed to provide a basis for the most ethical and effective public relations of two-way symmetrical approach. The study focuses on the constitutional referendum on 12 September 2010 and is intended to determine how political parties inform the voters within yes and no campaigns carried out and how they make use of the Internet and the manifestation of discourses used in the campaign.
