2000 Yılı Sonrasında Türkiye’de Kamu Harcamalarının Gelişimi

Abstract
Kasım 2000 ve Şubat 2001 krizlerinden sonra Türkiye, mali disiplinin sağlanması temelinde önemli derecede ekonomik gelişme kaydetmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı 2000 yılı sonrasında kamu harcamalarının bu ekonomik gelişmeye bağlı olarak nasıl bir seyir izlediğini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada Türkiye kamu maliyesinde önemli yapı taşları olan 5018 sayılı yasa ve Orta Vadeli Program hakkında bilgiler aktarıldıktan sonra 2000 sonrasında Türkiye’nin makroekonomik gelişmelerinin ışığında kamu harcamaları gelişimi hakkında istatistiksel bilgiler aktarılmıştır.
