The article describes in detail the filing system according to which was formed the files of the secret collaborator of the communist Security Service in Poland. The work was created on the basis of originally formed units file, documents and instructions from archives of the Regional Police Headquarters Civic Militia, which in 1983 changed its name to the Regional Office of Internal Affairs in Radom. The purpose of the work is to show a method of describing and arranging documents, that is formation of the documents arrangement in the files of the secret collaborator – in the work and personal files, as well as showing how the units were collected and the same were formed in the files arrangement.
