37-Й ОТДЕЛЬНЫЙ МОТОРИЗИРОВАННЫЙ ПОНТОННО-МОСТОВОЙ БАТАЛЬОН В БОЯХ ЗА ПЛАЦДАРМ И ПЕРЕПРАВУ ЧЕРЕЗ КУБАНЬ У СЕЛА НОВОМИХАЙЛОВСКОГО В АВГУСТЕ 1942 Г.

Abstract
37-й отдельный моторизированный понтонно-мостовой батальон (ОМПМБ) осуществлял инженерную разведку поймы Кубани на участке от станицы Темижбегской до села Новомихайловского. В ходе боев батальон обеспечивал переправу советских войск через Днестр, Буг и Днепр. На Днепре, в районе Цюрупинска и Голой пристани, 1-я рота 37-го ОМПМБ демонтировала и затопила суда Днепровского речного флота. Затем были тяжелые бои на южном фасе советско-германского фронта, где батальон возводил переправы на реках Северный Донец и Дон (у ст. Раздорская), после чего 37-й ОМПМБ отошел к большой излучине Кубани. В статье рассматривается процесс подготовки к боям и сами бои 37-го ОМПМБ за переправу через р. Кубань с. Новомихайловского, Гулькевичского района.
