An Assessment of the Practices of Oursourcing from an Islamic Legal Perspective

Abstract
The rapid development of industry and technology has caused great changes in social, cultural and economic areas. Production concept has been replaced by consumption. The rate of consumption of societies has pushed new searches. Companies have had to go to outsourcing for reasons such as increasing their competitiveness, responding to demand and reducing costs. It is necessary to determine the compliance of these developments in the economic field with Islamic law and to guide the entrepreneurs. Evaluations about the new economic structure will be determined in accordance with the basic principles of Qur'an and Sunnah. The Islamic law rules must be observed while meeting the demands of outsourcing of enterprises. In the first term’s sources, this subject is evaluated operating in the field of haram raw material. From these examples, We work to analyze outsourcing. raw material, human resources, transportation, technical support to company. As a result; Evaluation of outsourcing practices by Islamıc law, it is important to determine the scope of the enterprise, whether outsourcing and support can form a link to the company's core business.
