Abstract
This study is designed to refer to the importance of Algeria benefit from economic intelligence mechanism assistant to the integration of the Algerian national economy in the global economy away from the oil sector, through smart to take advantage of the World Trade Organization to protect this economy exceptions, through a series of analyzes and schedules have reached the study to the conclusion that if the Algerian state has paid what strategy economic intelligence care, it would be an incentive competitive national economy to strengthen against foreign competition and concluded with recommendations and the results of the task.
