The impact of adoption and application of the principles of TQM on quality of health service Provided by the soil hospital in Bujmah - Bechar

Abstract
The study aims to identify the staff's viewpoint of the availability of the total quality principles management, in the Algerian public health organizations, and their impact on the quality of health services provided at the hospital. The study came up with the following major conclusions: an awareness among members of the study sample towards the importance of applying total quality management in the hospital; the quality level of service provided is not unacceptable for hygiene; a lack of modern equipment; the slowdown and the delay in providing the service; and an existing impact of the availability of the total quality principles management on the quality of provided health service management.
