A BUILDING, A CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION AS A SUBJECT OF A LEASE CONTRACT OF REAL ESTATE

Abstract
The concept of «a building, a construction» as the subject of the lease of real estate has been defined in this article and the signs of determined objects of real estate have been given. The legal situation that occurs in case of a building or another capital construction lease concerning a land plot it is located on has been analyzed. The attention is also paid to the demand for determining the size of an adjacent land plot to the building or construction in written form which is necessary to achieve a lease objective. In addition, it has been determined that the premise as a separate part of a building can be a subject of a lease contract of a building.
