Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of signs of the subject of the crime, provided by Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The possibility of destruction, forgery or replacement of vehicle identification numbers by a special subject is considered. It is proposed to introduce changes to the disposition of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
