ON THE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION BALANCE IN THE LEGISLATION: THE OF DETERMINING PROBLEMS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the isolation and characterization of the current legislation norms aimed at the control an do- versight definition, and to the research of the control and supervision ratio determination peculiarities. Itisproved that the positive and negative activities combination isprovided in the legislation whende termining the oversight. In thisregard, the reаskedto describe the oversightas a complex phenomenon, which is broader then control.
