1937. APOLOGY OF THE REPRAISE OF STALIN TOTALITARY REGIME

Abstract
The article considers the problem of anti-legal, anti-human, criminal activity of Stalin's totalitarian regime directed against its own people. Repression is analyzed as the main means of state policy in the former USSR, actively used by the Bolshevik leadership headed by V. Lenin since 1917. Formed by Stalin, the repressive-punitive apparatus – the NKVD served its political interests faithfully. The authors especially emphasize the apogee of repressions that had a defining place in 1937.
