THE ESSENCE OF FACTORING AND ITS ADVANTAGES OVER OTHER FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS

Abstract
This article analyzes the nature of factoring, factoring differences from other financial services, including bank lending and least common in practice overdraft; Exploration core competitive advantages over other factoring financial instruments for clients and suppliers, as well as the current state and problems of factoring market in Ukraine.
