Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of essence and content of such a legal category as «mixed form of guilt». Were analyzed the different approaches of scientists about the concept of this term. Uncover the concept of "mixed form of guilt" considering the views of scholars of different times the area of criminal law.
