FACIAL ADMISSION OF CRIMINAL OFFENCE AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article attempts to study facial admission of criminal offence as a valid proof of circumstances of a crime, the guilt of the accused, his influence on the course and form of criminal proceedings and improving the efficiency of the proceedings. “Facial admission” is highlighted in a separate legal category and defined its types according to certain criteria of delimitation and relationships with recognized institutions of the criminal process.
